1.If you want to cancel your order, please contact our customer service before we send out it,and full refund will send to your account later . If we have already sent out the item and you still want to cancel it, please return the package, and we will send you the refund as soon as we receive the package. Just assure the returned items should be unused, undamaged and Customer assumes all costs in shipping items back to us.
2.If you happen to receive a broken, faulty,missing or wrong item, please contact us as soon as you receive the package , and our customer service will help to solve the problem. If we can confirm that it is a faulty /wrong /Missing item ,we can resend new one or missing parts within 48hours with tracking number or you can send it back and then we will refund your payment to lower your loss.
3. “Dead on Arrival” (DOA) and “Wrong Item” claims must be reported to us within 72 hours from the delivery time and after we confirmed,we will resend new one to you or give you a full refund.
